Revolutionary fan with modular design, interlocking fan that can be linked up and operate with a fan and RGB cable. The included UNI HUB contains 4 designated UNI FAN ports. Each port can connects to a cluster of 4 UNI FANs via the cable module, allowing users to control up to 16 UNI FANs in one go. NOTE !
The 4 possible clusters of UNI FANs that can be connected to the controller are reflected on the L-Connect interface. VIA L-Connect, users can adjust a single UNI FAN SL120, a single cluster of up to 4 fans, or all 4 clusters of fans according to their needs.

Please download this driver and run L-Connect again when occurring interruption between L-Connect and other ARGB software.
Issue appears as:

1. Light and Fan of UNI FAN is operating.
2. Lian-Li appearces under device management.
3. However, can’t control UNI FAN by L-Connect.
4. Need to re-plug the USB when rebooting.

It may cause L-Connect can’t control fan speed and lighting effects, while using MSI motherboard with MSI dragon center software.
Please follow bellow steps to solve the problem.

1. Remove L-Connect software and reboot
2. Close MSI dragon center software and install this Fix Software and reboot 
3. Re-install L-Connect

NOTE

To fully control up to 16 UNI FAN (4 fans each cluster) in one go either through the built-in L-Connect software or the motherboard software, users must use the designated UNI FAN controller included in the SL120 3 pack or SL140 2 pack. Please note that the single pack version does not contain this controller and thus we recommend users to purchase at least one SL120 3 pack or SL140 2 pack for their build.

NOTE

“UNI HUB” requires the PWM signal while performing PWM mode on L-Connect. Please enter your MB BIOS and check the fan header is at PWM mode. DC mode or any other mode will not be detected by the UNI HUB.

**Update your MB BIOS system if necessary.

UNI FAN SL120 FAQs

  • Check your “Computer Management” → “Device Manager”
  • If your MB detected UNI FAN, it would show “LIAN LI” under “Universal Serial Bus Device”
  • If there are error under “Universal Serial Bus Controllers”, please contact your MB company for help.
  • Check if all 3 cables of the controller are correctly connected to the MB. Switch another USB2.0 header if necessary.
  • If you can see “LIAN LI” at the device manger, re-install your L-Connect as an Administrator.
  • The settings are written in L-Connect software, you have to run L-Connect to get your settings.
  • Please set L-Connect running as the computer starts. Following steps:
    1. Click “Windows” + “R”
    2. Enter : “shell:startup”
    3. Click “OK”
    4. Copy your “L-Connect” to “Startup” file
    5. Restart your PC
  • Recommend you connect the controller’s PWM cable to the system/chassis fan header (not the CPU nor pump fan header).
  • You could wire the fan’s PWM cable to the CPU header directly if you use UNI FANs for your AIO.
  • Please enter your MB BIOS to check if your fan header is at PWM mode (not DC mode nor Auto mode).
Please follow bellow steps to solve the problem.
1. Remove L-Connect software and reboot
2. Close MSI dragon center software and install this Fix Software and reboot 
3. Re-install L-Connect
