Before reporting issues with your Galahad II LCD, please ensure the following:
1. Confirm that the USB Type-C header on the pump is securely connected, ensuring it clicks into place without any gaps. (Reference)
2. Plug the 9-PIN USB header directly to the motherboard. Some splitters may not provide enough signal, so a direct connection is recommended.
3. Update to the latest versions of L-Connect 3 (v2.x.x) and GA II LCD firmware. Download here
