HydroShift II LCD-C 360 – Important Notice

Since the launch of the HydroShift II LCD-C 360 Series, we’ve received valuable user feedback regarding a few issues. Below are the findings and corresponding solutions:

6/10/2025 Update:

LCD Screen USB Not Recognized by L-Connect 3 or Device Manager (TL or Fan-less Version)

In certain setups, the screen’s USB connection may not be recognized by L-Connect 3 or Device Manager when connected to specific motherboard models. After thorough investigation, we found that this issue is caused by insufficient power delivery from certain CPU_FAN PWM headers.

The HydroShift II LCD-C 360 draws power for the pump, screen, MCU, and RGB directly from the motherboard PWM header. Due to differences in motherboard design and default BIOS settings, some headers may not provide adequate or stable power.

Solution:

    • Enter your motherboard’s BIOS and set the connected fan header (recommended: CPU_FAN, AIO_PUMP, or PUMP) to PWM or DC mode (not AUTO).
    • Additionally, set the fan port to Full Speed (100%) in either PWM or DC mode to ensure stable power delivery.

Starting June 12, 2025, all new HydroShift II LCD-C 360TL and 360N units will be equipped with an updated PCB featuring a revised resistor to resolve this power-related issue.
If you are experiencing this problem and are unable to adjust your BIOS settings, please contact us. We will be providing a new 6-pin power cable that offers a safe and straightforward solution for users who can’t adjust their BIOS settings only.

Pump Speed Not Adjustable in L-Connect 3
We’ve identified a software bug in L-Connect 3 V2.0.29 that prevents pump speed adjustment for the HydroShift II LCD-C 360 when operating in USB mode (when unbound from L-Wireless Sync setup or not using the wireless dongle).

Solution:

This issue will be fixed in L-Connect 3 V2.0.30. Please patiently for the next software update.
