HydroShift II LCD-C 360 USB Connection Set Up Tips

If you have the 6P Cable:

    • To ensure stable power delivery, please check which motherboard PWM headers the 4-pin and 2-pin cables are connected to. Enter the BIOS and set both headers to DC/Voltage mode, and set the fan curve to full speed.
    • Note: The header connected to the 2-pin cable does not provide a signal, so it is normal for the motherboard to show no RPM reading.
    • IIf you have already done the above but still cannot enter Advanced Mode after rebooting, or if “H2” does not appear in Device Manager, this may be due to power-on sequence compatibility issues with the PWM 4-pin header on certain motherboards (such as repeated power cycling). This can cause the HydroShift II LCD controller’s USB signal to disconnect. In this case, please unplug the AIO’s 4-pin and 2-pin PWM cables and continue with the next step.
    • Locate the included SATA to PWM adapter cable in the packaging. Connect only the 4-pin cable to the SATA cable. After booting, you should now be able to enter Advanced Mode. However, you must continue with the next step; otherwise, L-Connect 3 will not be able to detect the HydroShift II’s RPM.
    • Please use the following tool to update the firmware:
      • Download the file and extract it.
      • In the L-Wireless Sync page, unbind HydroShift II.
      • Right-click the L-Connect 3 icon in the system tray and close the service.
      • Run “H2Test.”
      • Click “Upgrade.”
    • Alternatively, you can perform the update through L-Connect 3 Local Update:
      • In the L-Wireless Sync page, unbind HydroShift II.
      • Go to Settings and select HydroShift II’s receiver Local Update.
      • When this prompt shows up, double check everything has been done and click ok.
      • Select the file to update.
