1. When using UNI FAN SL-INF LCD FLEX with the receiver adapter, the first and third LCD screens may appear swapped when setting a wireless or USB theme.

1.1. We are aware of this issue and it will be resolved in the next L-Connect 3 update.

2. My fans are not detected in L-Connect 3’s wireless binding page?

2.1. Check if the fans are detected in Windows Device Manager, if the fans are not detected, the receiver firmware was likely not programmed correctly. Please contact support for a receiver replacement.

3. Why does my SL-INF LCD FLEX Startup Screen appear upside down?

3.1. This is a known software issue that may cause the Startup Screen on UNI FAN SL-INF LCD FLEX to display upside down.

3.2. A fix is planned for the upcoming L-Connect 3 Beta release and will also be included in L-Connect 3 v2.1.27.

4. Why doesn't my LCD remember the Startup Screen theme or orientation after I reboot?

4.1. Check if the fans are detected in Windows Device Manager, if the fans are not detected, the receiver firmware was likely not programmed correctly. Please contact support for a receiver replacement.

4.2. After configuring the Startup Screen, please wait at least 20 seconds before shutting down or restarting your PC to ensure the settings are fully stored.

5. When applying a startup screen theme, my screen suddenly turns black, but it comes back after I reapply the theme.

5.1. This is caused by a known firmware issue. It can be resolved by updating to the latest beta LCD firmware using the firmware update tool.

5.2. Please close L-Connect 3’s software service before updating FW.

6. My fan spins and the lighting works, but the LCD display stays black.

6.1. Check whether the LCD fan appears under the USB section in Device Manager.

6.2.If the device is not detected, verify that the USB cable is firmly connected to the receiver module, and that the receiver module is properly installed.

7. My fan is spinning, but there's no lighting and the screen isn’t working, and it appears as "Unknown Device" on the Wireless Binding page.

7.1. Check whether the receiver adapter is installed on one end of the fan while the receiver is installed on the other. This configuration is not supported and will prevent the fan from being recognized correctly. If this is the case, remove the receiver adapter.

8. The animation on the third fan in my fan group is laggy and noticeably slower than the others.

8.1. Make sure the fan group’s USB cable is connected directly to the motherboard or a reliable USB hub, such as the LIAN LI EDGE Hub.
8.2.If the USB cable is already connected to a stable USB source, try reversing the fan orientation and installing the receiver adapter along with the receiver. This may improve USB signal quality and resolve the issue.
