HydroShift II OLED Curved
1. After reinstalling the L-Connect 3 software, my OLED screen won't adjust its angle or height and makes a buzzing sound.
1.1. After reinstalling L-Connect 3, the OLED screen’s setting may not retain its previously calibrated position, causing the angle and height adjustment to work incorrectly. Please run the calibration first, then adjust the screen’s angle and height as needed.
2. My HydroShift II OLED Curved AIO screen suddenly turns black and disappears from Device Manager.
2.1. The USB connection may be unstable.If the USB cable is connected through a USB hub, we recommend connecting it directly to a motherboard USB 2.0 header.
2.2 If the USB connection is correct and the issue persists, check whether the OLED screen was ever reattached while the system was powered on. Doing so may damage the PCB. If this occurred, please contact LIAN LI Customer Support for a replacement PCB.
3. My HydroShift II Curved OLED screen seems to sag slightly. Is this normal?
3.1. If the screen appears to sag slightly, first click Position Calibration in L-Connect 3 to recalibrate the screen position.
3.1. If the sagging is still noticeable after calibration, please contact LIAN LI Customer Support for a replacement screen kit.
4. I mounted my HydroShift II Curved OLED AIO on the side of the case with the tubes routed downward, but I can't reattach the OLED screen.
4.1. The original HydroShift II Curved OLED AIO was primarily designed for top-mounted radiator installation. Based on customer feedback, we have updated the screen mounting design to support both tube orientations.
4.2. Beginning with units manufactured from August onward, the OLED screen can be installed regardless of whether the tubes are routed upward or downward.
4.3. If your current unit does not support this configuration, please contact LIAN LI Customer Support for assistance.
5. There’s a visible black dot on my curved OLED screen.
5.1.Please contact LIAN LI Customer Support for a replacement screen, but remember to provide photo evidence.
