Unable to connect the USB 3.0 connector to the ATX motherboard's 90-degree header.

For the first batch, here are the solutions. The new version will address this issue with an updated connector and cutout design.

1. Interference with the Cable Management Tool

Follow these steps to connect to the header:

Note: The USB 3.0 cable will not be damaged.

2. Interference with the Case

Contact us to request a USB 3.0 extension cable.

Note: The USB 3.0 extension cable will not affect transmission speed.

There is a rattling noise at the front fan.

The screws may be too tight, please try loosening the fan screws by half a turn or one full turn.
If the problem persists, please proceed with an RMA replacement.
Note: The 2 fans have different wiring designs, so be sure to identify whether the upper or lower fan is affected.

How to route the short EPS cables?

Use the included cable tie to attach the cable behind the motherboard tray. Refer below image.
