8.8” Universal Screen
If the 8.8” display is connected via a USB 2.0 to 9-pin header and the screen suddenly turns off/restarts, or the USB connect/disconnect sound keeps repeating
- Please check whether the USB 2.0 connector is loose. In some cases, securing the USB cable can help resolve the issue.
- If the issue persists, please contact us for a cable replacement.
The 8.8” Universal Screen shows white lines and is uncontrollable.
- Please update the FW to this version.
My screen turns on briefly and then shuts off.
- This usually happens if the wrong screws (type g instead of h) were used, or if the connector to the screen was plugged in upside down, which can damage the PCB.
- Please contact us for a replacement if this occurs.
My screen powers on and shows up in Device Manager, but I cannot control it in L-Connect 3.
- Open Device Manager, uninstall the 8.8″ screen device, and reboot your system.
- If the issue persists, reinstall Windows to ensure proper driver and software integration.
The offline clock display on my 8.8" Universal Screen appears upside down when set to portrait mode / has no orientation memory / is stuck in portrait mode.
